Software support service after warranty

All software products of Y TUONG VIET company are warranted for 1 year and licensed for permanent use.

During the software usage process, after the warranty period has expired, the company has the following customer support services if customers have a need:

1. Change server or transfer this server to another server as requested: 5,000,000 VND.
2. Install additional client machines if customers need to install additional machines: 3,000,000 VND.
3. Transfer software from one computer to another: 1,500,000 VND.
4. Reinstall Windows, lost copyright, must reinstall software: 1,500,000 VND.
5. Adjust the stamp according to the latest state regulations when there are changes: 1,500,000 VND.
6. Edit as required warranty paper, sales receipt: 1,500,000 VND
7. Edit pawn certificate as requested: 1,500,000 VND
8. Software modification according to the company’s request will be reported on a case-by-case basis and will be agreed upon between the two parties.
